As a lifelong advocate for grassroots football and EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion), I founded NXT Gen Sports Group to create a more equitable and inclusive future for the game. I firmly believe that every athlete, regardless of their background, deserves an equal chance to succeed and reach their full potential.

From contract negotiations and brand building to career development, we offer comprehensive athlete management services tailored to each individual.
Beyond athlete representation, NXT Gen Sports Group is dedicated to driving positive change within football.
