As a lifelong advocate for grassroots football and EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion), I founded NXT Gen Sports Group to create a more equitable and inclusive future for the game. I firmly believe that every athlete, regardless of their background, deserves an equal chance to succeed and reach their full potential.

We are committed to dismantling barriers and ensuring that athletes from all communities have the support and resources they need to thrive. From contract negotiations and brand building to career development, we offer comprehensive athlete management services tailored to each individual.
Beyond athlete representation, NXT Gen Sports Group is dedicated to driving positive change within football. We actively champion greater equality, diversity, and inclusion at every level of the game, from grassroots development to the professional stage. We believe that by working collaboratively with athletes, clubs, and organisations, we can build a stronger, more connected, and truly representative sporting community. My personal journey with EDI fuels my determination to be a relatable and effective advocate for athletes and to champion a world where fairness and respect are paramount.
